No. 3 Post is a monthly mail club for people who want to pursue a more tactile, analog life. Each month, members receive a curated assortment of gifts and goodies designed to inspire more meaningful days.
Each letter is a reflection on the month’s theme, whether it be practical, philosophical, or just what’s been on our mind. Besides a hand-signed letter, each shipment will include a small assortment of other items.
Categories include:
5x7 art or photo prints, bookmarks, recipe cards, stickers, writing challenges, and puzzles.
We believe that heartfelt personal correspondence and interacting with thoughtful, analog tools can make a tremendous difference in our day to day lives. Our hope is that together we can remind ourselves what it means to live a fulfilling and engaged life. What is No. 3 Post?
No. 3 Post is a monthly mail club for people who want to pursue a more tactile, analog life. Each month, members receive a curated assortment of gifts and goodies designed to inspire more meaningful days. Each shipment includes a mix of exclusive stationery goods and little surprises such as stickers, art prints, bookmarks, puzzles and challenges, and more. Contents vary month to month, and the included items correspond to that month’s theme.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! If your financial situation changes or you just feel like taking a break for a bit, you can do that.
How do I update my address, payment details, or cancel?
You can update your shipping address, payment method, or pause/cancel at any time through your account portal.
What if I cancel after I’m billed?
You’ll still get that month’s Post. After that, your subscription will end and you won’t be billed again unless you choose to resubscribe.
When am I billed?
You’ll be billed when you sign up for the club, and each subsequent month will be billed on the 20th.
Do you have a holiday policy?
Yes, we believe the holiday season should leave room for celebration, rest, and time with family. To help us do that, No. 3 Post subscriptions will be temporarily paused each year beginning November 20 through December 31. Existing members will still get a dispatch for December, but we won’t be onboarding any new members for the month of December. We also might (very occasionally) pause dispatch fulfillment for up to one month at a time throughout the year. If we do so, subscribers will not be charged for that month and we’ll do our best to give you a heads-up beforehand. It’s a funny contradiction, running a mail club that encourages you to slow down and appreciate life. Planning, packing, and shipping dispatches doesn’t leave us much time for that! We want to make sure we respect our own work-life balance, too.
When do mailings go out?
We ship our letters between the 20th and the end of each calendar month, depending on volume and how business days fall towards the end of the month.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping to the US! A one dollar shipping fee will apply to all international subscriptions to cover the cost of an international stamp.
Do you ship to the EU?
Not at the moment.

How long does delivery take?
US domestic mail typically arrives within 2 weeks and international mail can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
What if my dispatch is delayed?
If it’s been longer than four weeks since we shipped your Post, feel free to reach out and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
